What other blogs are there for Real Estate in Arizona?
REALTOR Magazine arrived today, and coincidentally, had an article on real estate blogging. The article noted that 9% of REALTORs under the age of 30 have a blog, while just 4% us old folks (I’m 39) have a blog.
Of the rest of the non-bloggers, 16% of the under 30 crowd are planning a blog, while only 7% of the 30+ agents are planning a blog. That said, here are a few of the Arizona blogs I ran into…and honestly, these are hard to find:
Sedona Real Estate by Claudia Ault
Blog Arizona by Shannon Hubbard
the Phoenix Real Estate Guy by Jay Thompson
Tony Marriott’s Phoenix Arizona Real Estate Blog by Tony Marriott
Tuscon Real Estate Blog by Barry Fotheringham
Jim’s Blog by Jim Little
McCormick Ranch Real Estate & Homes by John L Wake

Welcome to the Blogiverse Steve! Thanks for the linkage!
Arizona (particularly Phoenix and Tucson) have some *great* real estate blogs. Some of the best out there actually.
Check out my blogroll page for a few. It’s here.
PS: You may want to turn off the requirement to register before commenting. A lot of people won’t go through the effort…
Jay, thanks for stopping by…I’ve turned off registration. As you stopped in, I was actively looking for the “switch”.
Those switches can be hard to find sometimes!

There is a TON of info there about how to “do real estate blogging” (much from Greg Swann, a Phoenix blogger).
Also, Dave Smith in Tucson has a *great* blog covering lots of ins & outs on Wordpress.

This blog covers Lake Powell area real estate including Page and Greenehaven, Arizona, as well as the Utah border towns. I must be way over the hiss at 46 to be doing this RE blogging thing!
Gads - tired too - How bout “way over the hill”, even.
@Heather, you must have seen this come across from Twitter…I accidentally re-saved this in Wordpress and Twitter re-tweeted a post that was 11 months old. But good to have you stopping by.
PS, I’m a “young” 40 myself. Sometimes I wonder how accurate REALTOR Magazine data really is…
