Thanks a ton for the kind words. I'm an engineer by education, so being creative and writing for others is something I really have to work at. That, and not using too many commas.

If the DBacks win tonight, it'll be more fun for me. Even if they lose, it's been fun. But winning is always a little more fun.

If we don't win, the series just might be over. I'm not happy with the result last night. I don't know how many runners we stranded but we didn't get any of the clutch hits we needed.

I still hold my prediction from before the series, and Doug Davis wins this for us. If he holds the Rockies scoreless in the first inning, he'll shut you out for 6, before the bullpen comes in and gets the save.

Either that, or I need to get busy researching Denver so I don't come off looking as back as my team after this loss.

Tonight, I'll be watching at home on my small 10 foot screen. I'll have a few people over and perhaps have a cold beverage from a bottle.

In 2001 I was a season ticket holder. But because of my 2 girls, I have since given them up. I did get out to a few games this year, but unless a client hooks me up, I'll probably be home for the playoffs.
