I noticed that some people were visiting the site more than once per day, which seemed a bit odd to me, until I realized why they must be doing it: To follow comment chains. To that end, I’ve added a subscribe to comments plug-in, so that it’s easier for those interested to follow a comment chain.
Also, I had some misconfiguration after my URL change, which I’ve addressed. I’ve now properly implemented a 301 redirect to the new URL, so that pages that are linked here via the old URL will get a redirect going back, but yet the user will be get to the page they wanted. For a couple of days, the redirect was incorrectly applied, and deeper links were not working. My apologies if this caused anyone any grief.
