Call me crazy, but I actually enjoy managing rental properties. Actually, truth be told, I enjoy meeting new people and helping them find a home they want to live in. If that home happens to be a rental property, that’s fine with me. They may not be buyers today, but 5 years from now they very well might.
Of course, I don’t really enjoy managing repair issues. Nor do I really like following up on late rent payments. Last year, after we opened our satellite office, we hired an office manager with experience in apartment complex back-end accounting. As a result, she rounded out the team I needed to offer professional property management services to clients, without fear that something might fall through the cracks.
So for a little less than a year, we’ve been slowly growing our property management portfolio. At this point, we’ve got all of our systems in place and running smoothly, so a new link is now available at the top of the page here, describing our services.
