However, I do know a company in town that does write specific fees to the buyer's agent into their lease-purchase agreements. I'm not going to name that company, because I don't want to give them any additional press, but they have been under a number of ethics investigations. If you are asked to pay anything directly to your buyer's agent, I would advise you to run, don't walk, away from the deal. In all likelihood you are either currently being scammed, or soon will be scammed. Hi Gina-

I have been doing my research for a few months on this and I was ready to make this choice. I do value the opinion of everyone offering me advice on the trulia site. However, I am going to be more driven towards the real estate pro from Arizona over Florida or Virginia. As a complete beginner in this arena I need all the help I can get. One thing I have noticed is that every out of state agent seems to know someone that is willing to help if only I would call them and ask for it. It is a fantastic marketing strategy, but I can see past that and just go for the info that I need. I am now going to do some research on the seller carryback financing and see if that will suit me and my family.
