Two new blogs are on the Phoenix Area Real Estate blogroll

December 4, 2007 · 5 comments

Yesterday, as I was chatting with a colleague, and pointing out blogs of interest, I mentioned Shailesh Ghimore’s blog, Arizona Mortgage Guru.  That’s when I realized it wasn’t even on my own blogroll.  Sheesh, how pathetic of me.  It was truly an oversight, which is now corrected.

And then today, I was reading Joel Burlson’s the Future of Real Estate Marketing blog regarding his view of multi-author blogs, when I spotted a MyBlogLog avatar I didn’t recognize.  Clicking on through I found Dru Bloomfield’s At Home In Scottsdale blog.  Wow!  How have I missed finding this excellent blog about the city I live and work in?  Just reading posts like, “Are you pricing your home through your rear view mirror“, Dru clearly understands today’s real estate market.

Welcome to both Shailesh and Dru.

Also, just to clean things up a little and dissuade any belief that there’s favoritism, the blogroll is now alphabetized.

If you enjoyed this post, consider subscribing to the blog

And ya know Steve, if you’d gone to Shailesh’s blogging seminar, you could have MET Shailesh, Dru and me! We missed you….

Steve,

Yeah. I thought you were going to come to the seminar. We certainly missed you.

Thanks for including me in on your blogroll. I really appreciate it. I certainly enjoy your blog and some of your posts have been wonderful.

Doh! Did I really miss that?! My patheticness has reached a new level today.

Thanks, Steve! I started blogging after one of Shailesh’s blogging seminars last August. Have to say that between Shailesh’s instruction and motivational ways, and Jay’s low-key “why not” attitude and guiding presence, I had to get started.

Blogging makes us better Realtors and Lenders, wouldn’t you say?

Would have been great to meet you last week. Next time.

I checked out the site and found to be very insightful. Thanks! Do check out my site as well. We are constantly adapting and evolving our methods according to the dynamic real estate market.
