Thanks for reading the blog.  I&#039;ll be honest that at 22 years old, I wish I had just a smidgeon of real estate knowledge.  I&#039;d be far wealthier today for it.  So kudos to you for getting yourself educated at a young age.

And as to UofA, I hope you keep stopping by and rooting for your team.  I&#039;m even wondering how UofA will fair in B-Ball in 2008, with Lute out of the picture.  January 9th could be a very exciting day.  Perhaps we can find a way to make it even more interesting.</description>
