It’s finally done.  Well, nothing is ever really done, is it?  So I’ll rephrase:  It’s finally good enough to launch:  The new Scottsdale and Phoenix Homes For Sale blog/website, which was previously a static, Web 1.0, nearly worthless website, was relaunched today.  The URL is www.teambelt.com.

FHA Loan Limits Increased Significantly

Just announced, the new maximum FHA Loan amount is $346,250.
