This is LOOONG overdo, but I just noticed a significant blog that is missing from my blogroll, and thus with a bit of fanfare, I must announce that the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area Real Estate blog is now, no longer absent. Christoph Schweiger holds the distinction of living in the oldest home in Scottsdale, and writes with a unique voice, often about modern and historic homes throughout the valley. When I started the Phoenix Area Real Estate blog, Christoph was taking a bit of a vacation, but he’s now back, posting somewhat sporadically, but always worth a read.

Thanks for putting me on your blogroll! I am humbled by your kind words. Your timing of this post could not have been better and came just a couple days prior to a two-week trip to Europe. So, please accept my apologies for the continued sporadicalness. Once I return I will do my best to post more frequently.
