Phoenix Real Estate Market Update – #4

There are currently 38,266 single family homes for sale, down by 32 from last week. There are 5511 sales currently pending, up by 172 from last week. And 4154 homes closed escrow in the last 30 days, up by 103 from last week. Broader Maricopa County is now at 9.2 months of inventory, based on this week’s numbers.
