By now, you surely must know that George Carlin passed away last Sunday. I am remiss in not getting to post on this sooner, but there’s a George Carlin bit from Comic Relief 1986 that I frequently make reference to while showing houses. Most of my clients aren’t aware of the bit, and I’m certainly no comedian, so I butcher the thing upside and downside. That said, in honor of a legend, that I always found entertaining, here is his take on housing and “stuff”:
