I have a new rental listing at The Summit at Copper Square in downtown Phoenix. If you aren’t familiar with the project, it is a high rise condo, adjacent to both US Airways Center and Chase Field on Jackson. It’s an awesome location for anyone that works downtown, and enjoys either the sports scene or the night life scene that’s all within walking distance, not to mention the easy access to light rail. Heck, it’s an awesome location just for the views.
But I digress (or is that progress?). Thoroughly checking out all of the aspects of the property, I parked in the assigned spot for the rental unit that’s in the parking garage. As I made my way to the elevators, I happened upon a very, very dusty black Chevy Corvette:
In the windshield of the car, just legible beneath the dust, was this flyer, noting the car was for sale for a very reasonable $1,250,000:
The car seems to include a couple of after market accessories, including a 22nd floor, west facing, fully furnished condo. Presumably this refers to the 22nd floor of The Summit.
I can’t tell you whether or not this is a good deal on the car, but if you are interested in the after market goodies, I imagine the owner is willing to sell them separately. I do wonder about the marketing plan. The Summit has only a few occupants, and with the car practically hidden in the garage, very, very few people are seeing the sign. Hopefully it’s also on craigslist. I’ve mentioned many times before how effective craigslist is.
