Phoenix Real Estate Market Update - #16

Not much changed in the numbers this week.  A very slight strengthening to the previous week, with inventory slightly down, and closings slightly up, which is a welcome surprise, with school in session now in nearly every district.

Across all of Maricopa County, there are currently 36,894 single family homes for sale, down by 187 from last week. There are 5339 sales currently pending, up by 61 from last week. And 4857 homes closed escrow in the last 30 days, up by 78 from last week. As a result, broader Maricopa County now has 7.6 months of inventory, based on this week’s numbers.
