The rules originally called for a 1 week voting process, but given the number of entrants (1), taking a week to vote seems a little pointless. And thus, without further ado, I declare that Leif Swanson has found the Worst Real Estate Photo, with his post, Don’t Be Gun Shy.
Clearly, running this type of contest during the current financial crisis and bailout wasn’t a very good idea…I just wish someone had told me about the crisis before I planned the contest.

That is a bad photo, I see why you picked it from amongst the lot. I always tend to cringe at the bathroom photos where the toilet seat is up.
