Arizona Mortgage Rates for December 19 2008

Mortgage Related News

This week, there was a “boom” of activity due to the recent trend of lower interest rates.  It is probably generally safe to say that now may be a good time for you to invest the time to see if refinancing make sense.

Lock volumes have increased 3-4 times what they were a month ago and loan officers are generally much busier than they have been.

Looking for a Great Loan Officer?

Where have all the loan officers gone? I don’t know for sure, but it is clear that there are not as many loan officers in the business as there used to be. Since rates are low and there is a good chance that you can improve your financial situation by refinancing, I thought I would endorse a few local great loan officers.  These guys (and girls) have been in the business, do an excellent job and have the knowledge you can count on and experience you can trust.

Thanks,

@Shailesh,
No problem — good loan officers are sometimes hard to find. You guys keep up the great work!

@Sean,
I don’t know of any, so if anyone does please let me know so I can spread the word.
