While the inventory remains high there are signs that things are looking up. I am relatively new to the real estate business and while it wasn't the best time to get in, I think we'll see more positive things happening once people gain some more confidence in the marketplace. I agree that the blogs should not be used a vehicles for unsavory persons, but they do provide an opportunity for linking from viable site to viable site.
