“What is the lowest loan amount that I can get a mortgage for?”
I get asked this question about twice a week right now.
And I shake my head each time and ask the Agent who asks me:
“Are you really sure you want me to answer that question for you?”
And no one has told me “no” yet… so here is the answer:
$30,000.
Shhh, don’t tell.
