Somehow you’ve stumbled upon what used to be a fabulous resource of information about the Phoenix Real Estate market.  However, in September of 2009 I closed my real estate business to pursue a new passion: coffee.  As such, the information here is stale, and out-of-date.  Sorry about that.

Today, I own and operate Echo Coffee in South Scottsdale.  It’s pretty cool.  If you are ever in south Scottsdale, you should check it out.

The Phoenix Area Real Estate Blog attempts to provide information about the real estate market in the Phoenix Area.  Due to where my office is, and where the majority of my business is conducted, you’ll notice a clear slant toward what’s happening in the Northeast valley, particularly North Phoenix and Scottsdale, however, Cave Creek, Carefree, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, and Tempe will all get a mention now and again.

Along with specific real estate information, like market updates, subdivision updates, and housing specific news, expect to find mortgage news, as well as recommendations about local businesses and restaurants.  Additionally, you’ll notice references to other bloggers, discussion about issues related to the real estate industry, and issues related to real estate for Web 2.0, along with the occasional cheer for the Diamondbacks and the Suns.
