Yesterday, as I was chatting with a colleague, and pointing out blogs of interest, I mentioned Shailesh Ghimore’s blog, Arizona Mortgage Guru. That’s when I realized it wasn’t even on my own blogroll. Sheesh, how pathetic of me. It was truly an oversight, which is now corrected.

And then today, I was reading Joel Burlson’s the Future of Real Estate Marketing blog regarding his view of multi-author blogs, when I spotted a MyBlogLog avatar I didn’t recognize. Clicking on through I found Dru Bloomfield’s At Home In Scottsdale blog. Wow! How have I missed finding this excellent blog about the city I live and work in? Just reading posts like, “Are you pricing your home through your rear view mirror“, Dru clearly understands today’s real estate market.

Welcome to both Shailesh and Dru.

Also, just to clean things up a little and dissuade any belief that there’s favoritism, the blogroll is now alphabetized.

The Diamondbacks and Rockies each won their divisional series. With that result, I’m going to be on the lookout for a Denver Area Real Estate Blogger that wants to partake in a friendly wager over the result of the National League Championship Series, which starts on Thursday. I have yet to start my search, but I thought I’d throw this out there, in case anyone knows of a likely opponent, and might be willing to guide me to them.
