Shea Homes Arizona began their production of model homes in the Mesa area back in September of 2015. The company planned to build three new model homes, with the company’s signature Shea3D innovation. Shea Homes has provided their 3D plans, which they named Dream, Hope, Passion, and Desire. Both 3 and 4 bedrooms options are available, with prices starting around $250,000. Buyers of these new homes can pick the design that best works for their lifestyle. There are 12 unique home layouts, with a variety of combinations of floor plans. Shea3D is a patent-pending, new way for home buyers to choose their own unique living space, through the use of YourPlans.
